If you know that you’re ready to make a change in your life and are looking for support to improve your mental health, you’re welcome to reach out. We can determine if I am the best support and coach for you at this time.

If this is a good fit we’ll begin to transform your life, one area at a time, by starting within.

In my coaching practice I encourage individuals to develop self-awareness and self-compassion, to recognize their strengths, gifts, and abilities, to improve their communication skills, and to create a life of meaning and purpose by stepping out of their comfort zone.

My coaching is typically for a short period, from weeks to months. Though clients can return once they applied lessons learned, to work on another area of their lives. Of course, individuals can also connect with me through my courses and groups.

Keep in mind that recovering our mental health, especially after a crisis, takes effort and time. There is no quick fix. Retraining our mind to re-align with our highest intentions, and being committed to our own well-being takes patience and practice.

To gain the most out of what I teach and coach also consider if you are open to learning, listening, and letting go. Principles that I teach in my free online course.

That is, consider if you are open to being coached and to looking at your challenges from a new perspective. We’re not always ready to make changes in our lives even if we are aware that changes are needed. I know, I’ve been there.

Finally, know that I can share principles, practices, tools, and ideas with you that I have learned over the years in recovering my own mental health. But, in the end you’re the one doing all the hard work, which I think is worth it. Especially, if you’re wanting to feel good in your own skin and to live a meaningful life.

If you’re interested in connecting with me you can contact me to explore options and you can also learn more about me.

I look forward to meeting you.
