Welcome to The Mind Within.

My name is Moshe Sakal and I’m a mental health coach. I’ve gone through my own journey from crisis to wellness and can understand the challenges you face in recovering your own mental well-being. 

It can feel challenging, especially when we don’t have the right supports, to find hope, peace, clarity, or even direction, as we struggle with our mental health.

BUT IT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE THIS WAY.

If you’re open to the idea of getting support for your mental health, you’ll find that things can get better.

I provide individual coaching sessions based on training, personal experience, and lessons I’ve learned over the course of 10 years – knowledge that has helped other clients and peers in recovering their mental well-being. I also run groups, workshops, and classes online that you can enroll in when they are available.

With some patience and commitment you’ll find hope, rebuild your life, and take your life to new heights. So that you’re not just getting by or surviving, but thriving and living to your fullest potential.

Of the tools, strategies, and concepts that I will share with you, ones that we will continue to return to are the three principles of Learning, Listening, and Letting Go.
